LONG PLAY MUSIC FEST

The Parks Chamber is proud to sponsor Long Play Music Fest, which will be held at at Rivets Stadium July 1 - 4, 2021. Long Play Music Fest will feature two stages and over twenty bands, fireworks, a carnival, and local food vendors and artisans.

FOOD VENDORS

Local restaurants, grocery stores, and institutional food providers that sell food and non-alcoholic beverages are encouraged to apply to be a food vendor at Long Play Music Fest. Food Vendor hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (July 2 - 4) from Noon to 11:00 PM.

The City of Loves Park has generously agreed to pay the "Vendor Reservation Fee" of $500 for any restaurant located in Winnebago County to help ensure our local businesses are featured at the event!

20% of sales after each night of the event will be due to StarEvents, which means you keep 80%!

As a Food Vendor, you will receive a banner, sign poles, standard electricity, and access to a hand washing sink. Tables, chairs, lighting, and more are available for rent, as well.

NON-FOOD VENDORS

Local Artisans, Merchants, and Nonprofits are encouraged to apply to be a vendor at the fest. Vendor hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Noon to 11:00 PM.

Participating vendors will be located inside the festival, and the Vendor Reservation Fee is $595 for a 10x10 booth space.

EVENT DETAILS & TICKETS

Long Play Music Fest will feature two stages and over twenty bands, fireworks, a carnival, and local food vendors and artisans. The inaugural event will be held at Rivets Stadium in Loves Park, Illinois, on the following dates:

• Thursday, July 1: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday, July 2: Noon - 11:00 PM
• Saturday, July 3: Noon - 11:00 PM
• Sunday, July 4: Noon - 11:00 PM

Headliners and bands include:

• Thursday, July 1: Infinity
• Friday, July 2: Gin Blossoms with other bands including Hairbangers Ball and Blooze Brothers
• Saturday, July 3: Jeff Tweedy with other bands including Too Hype Crew, Catfight, and Dingo
• Sunday, July 4: Cheap Trick with opening band 7th Heaven and other bands including Off Broadway, Shuffle This, and Neptune's Core

Fireworks shows will be held for Long Play Music Fest attendees at Rivets Stadium all four nights:

• Thursday, July 1 at 9:00 PM
• Friday, July 2 at 9:00 PM
• Saturday, July 3 at 9:00 PM
• Sunday, July 4 at 10:00 PM

General admission tickets start at $19.99, and VIP Tickets start at $100. The carnival will be held outside the stadium, and unlimited carnival ride passes are available for $30 per day or $50 for the entire weekend.
