In response to shutdowns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, public, private, and nonprofit leaders from a multi-county region in Northwest Illinois have been collaborating and innovating to help our region emerge from this economic downturn early, equitably, and sustainably. 

We understand that today’s issues are too big for any single entity to handle; therefore, we’re co-creating and leading innovative programs together that combine, link, and leverage our region’s assets for long-term impact. It's our mission to help businesses shift from survival to recovery during these challenging times.
